Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or delayed packages: Please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us at UpThreads.in@gmail.com

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

Incorrect Address
